At our pardon and waiver centre in Toronto we provide free consultation services. You can drop by anytime during regular business hours and speak with a counsellor.Our Toronto office is open 8.30 am – 5.00 pm Monday to Friday. You do not need to book an appointment to come in. Simply drop by at your convenience and a counsellor will be available to speak to you.
At this location we have onsite digital fingerprinting available. If you plan on starting a file with us please be sure to bring two pieces of government ID.If you have any documentation relating to your case bring it with you. If you do not have any documentation don’t worry, we will get it for you.If you have any questions before dropping in please call the centre or send us an email.
